Barrel King Shipping Process 🔒

Hey Everyone –

You should start to see shipping tracking info today & tomorrow…..BEFORE you message me on Friday saying the box hasn’t moved here is the breakdown of HOW Barrel King ships

Barrel King does NOT ship directly from thier distillery in Bourbon, MO. They use a third party fulfillment partner in Nashville, Tennessee.

Here is exactly what Barrel King does:

  1. Bottles get boxed in Bourbon, MO
  2. Shipping tags are printed and placed on the packages
    • this generated the tracking info to you**
  3. the packages are placed on a pallet and wrapped for transport
  4. a freight company picks up the pallet and takes the pallet to Nashville
  5. once it arrives at the fulfillment center in Nashville, packages are sorted and scheduled for carrier (UPS/FedEx/etc) pick up
  6. Packages are picked up and start the journey to you

Steps 1-5 generally take ~5 days. In a PERFECT world you may see Package movement by Monday.

This third party arrangement is also why they only ship once a month. Part of the agreement with Chasing Bourbon is that they WILL NOT wait to ship once a month, and make a second shipment to TN if needed for Chasing Bourbon .
